No you don’t, we have a trustworthy team who will carry out all the necessary steps. But it is always advisable to be around if possible during the process.

We don’t give a guarantee as such but if something brakes (without being abused) we are willing to come out and repair it. We only use reputable third parties.

As much or as little as you want it to. But generally it includes everything, from the cupboards, handles, hinges and installation. We also have a third party that does the stone templating and installation.

You can, but we do not recommend it as we have a well trained fitment team that knows how our products need to be installed for the best results. If you buy from us and we do not install – there is no warranty.

Ideally you need to have a basic idea of the look and feel you are going for. Moodboards work well, otherwise simply give us a call and we can assist you with this step.

This all depends on you, your preferences and the finished and materials you choose. We understand that we all have a budget to work within, so we work closely with you to decide on the finishes and materials until you are satisfied to accept the quotation.

No not at all !! We do any and all rooms. Kitchens, bathrooms and bedroom cupboards are a primary projects. But we can custom build a solution for any room.

It all depends. It depends how busy our manufacturing schedule is, on whether we are designing it for you and on what materials you use. However, with all that in mind, normally from the time a quote is accepted, it takes about 4 – 5 weeks from beginning to end.

No. We ideally set up a consultation time in which we will come out to you, discuss your requirements, measure your space and see what you have in mind. The design process then starts after this consultation.
